Project Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Administer & manage a through document and information control system.
2. Manage all aspects of day-to-day running and administration.
3. Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information.
4. Provide clerical support to Procurement Manager
5. Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and receiving, following up on Purchase order delivery and shipment schedules.
6. Assist the Project Manager in working out the quantities for variations and progress claims.
7. Prepare monthly progress claim, vet/recommend and prepare clients' payment certificate for management approval.
8. Coordinate and track the manpower for all the projects.
9. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Administrative.
2. Minimum Experience: 2 years related experience in Construction Industry.
3. Willing to learn and committed to accomplish datelines.
4. A team player with good attitude and drive to excel
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Able to perform multi-tasking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
