**What you will be working on?**
As a Business Analyst, you will comprise the Project Manager, Solution Architect (where applicable) and the Technical Services Consultant to deliver leading-edge digital solutions. Also, you will be primary focus on the Business Requirements and Functional Solution aspects in a project team, in collaboration with Agency users to:
- Identify, define and manage the Agency’s functional requirements
- Develop the business case and Tender Specifications
- Evaluate and recommend digital literacy solutions that best address the needs
- Establish product backlog priorities with stakeholders through thorough information collecting and analysis, and contribute to the creation of functional and design specifications
- Examine testing and data conversion records to ensure that requirements are met.
- During the Operations & Maintenance phase, facilitate the solution's deployment, adoption, and operation while analyzing the effects of desired adjustments.
- As needed during the operations and maintenance phase, collaborate with developers to comprehend and resolve technical issues.
**What are we looking for?**
- Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile and Scrum Methodology
**Advantage if you have**:
- Any business analysis related certification, e.g., CBAP, CSM, CSPO
- Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in at least one of the following areas (Data Analytics, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management and Service Design)
