**Job Description & Requirements**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud and DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AWS, Azure, and a mandatory hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, including managing and performing Kubernetes upgrades.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud solutions using AWS and Azure.
- Deploy, manage and perform version upgrades of Kubernetes clusters, ensuring mínimal downtime and high system reliability.
- Configure and maintain Elasticsearch clusters and integrate with monitoring tools for centralized logging and search.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards in cloud environments.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance on cloud, DevOps, and Kubernetes-related topics.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of professional experience in cloud operations with strong hands-on expertise in AWS and Azure.
- Mandatory experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including performing cluster upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
- In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, and compliance.
- Experience with ITIL-based service management.
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform) are a plus.
