The long-awaited **Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP)** - your gateway to a transformative internship experience, is finally here Unlock your potential with our **Finance Internship**, where you'll immerse yourself at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with more than 400 brands such as Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Comfort, Knorr and Ben & Jerry’s.

As a **Finance Intern**, you'll be given an opportunity to have a first-hand experience on how we protect and create value by driving sustainable financial performance.

We seek dynamic and passionate students, who are ready to leave their mark on this exciting voyage, where you'll not just contribute but truly 'own' projects alongside seasoned business leaders and teams.

**To provide you with a glimpse, here are a few projects and outcomes achieved by our ex-ULIP interns**:

- Automate inventory analytics for decision making within Inventory Management & Business waste governance.
- Partner Business Groups (e.g. Beauty & Wellbeing) to provide insights & analysis for greater decision making.
- Create & Design PowerBI dashboards as a Price Analytics tool to enable price benchmarking and governance.

**Selection Process**:

- Online Application
- SOVA Blended Assessments
- Phone Interview
- Virtual Interview with Hiring Manager
- ** Offers will be extended by early June**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- ** Internship period**:14 July 2025 - 31 December 2025**
- Applicants must be University students; fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship
- Commitment of a minimum of 4 days a week (full time commitment preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success
- Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
