**Job description**:
1) Networking and lead generation with local Singapore partners (80%): You will work closely with Business Development Manager in Singapore to build and nurture relationships with Singapore-based auditors, lawyers, corporate bankers, chamber of commerce, co working spaces, property agents, immigration consultants and more with the ultimate goal of bringing in new business. Prior industry network would be added advantage, but it is not a must. An active and outgoing personality is expected in maintaining existing partner relationships. You would be expected to bring in business leads and it is your KPI for the role.

2) Sales support and marketing (20%): You will work closely with sales manager in Singapore to handle local enquiries from customer (especially Chinese speaking customer). Under the supervision of sales manager, you will be able to understand customer’s business requirement and propose suitable business solutions. Depending on the business needs, you will assist in preparing business proposal and coordinate with marketing team to generate necessary content based on your customer’s request.

**Core Requirements**:
1.) Your background: No sales related experience needed. Some work experience in contact with customers, preferable from insurance, corporate banking, corporate secretarial companies, co-working spaces, business centres, law firms, software providers are preferable.

2.) Your mentality: You have a strong growth focus and a positive mentality, passionate in building good relationship with people. Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision. You are part of a small team and strong involvement is expected across functions.

3.) Your qualification: Proficient in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Bahasa will be added advantage. High integrity in handling private and confidential information.
