**Responsibilities**
- Ushering Customers to their respective room and explaining our Prices and F&B items
- Prepare and clean Rooms and ensuring rooms are ready to accept customers
- Upselling F&B items
- Respond to customer request during their singing session (e.g top up Ice, extra glasses, change microphone cover, housekeeping and so on)
- Solving basic Audio Video issues

**Requirements**:

- Able to commit rotating shift
- Have good customer service experience
