**E-Commerce Admin Assistant (Full time)**

Job Scope:

- Provide general administrative/clerical duties and support
- Receiving, recording, organising and storing of stocks, ensuring that products are safely and properly stored in office
- Monthly stock take
- Handle ecommerce orders/returns and inquiries in efficient manner
- Packing and stocks allocation to stores (allocation/consolidation)
- Purchasing office supplies & equipment
- Handling of mails and phone calls, include walk-in guests
- To perform related job assignments as and when assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Responsible, focused, meticulous, highly organised & motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Computer Literacy e.g Microsoft office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Basic knowledge of accounting, preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Immediate / Short notice period are preferred.
- On the job training provided

**Salary**: S$1200 - S$1700
