**Job Title**: SWIFT AMH Developer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate reports using the AMH database and native SQL queries.
- Lead and coordinate technical activities for both business-as-usual and project delivery.
- Track team performance and address any technical issues.
- Collaborate with support and development teams for issue resolution and provide root cause analysis (RCA) to clients.
- Monitor production stability, manage incidents, and ensure proper change control.
- Facilitate software and hardware upgrades.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
- Research and evaluate new technologies for future banking needs.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 4-8 years as a SWIFT or Java Developer.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in SWIFT AMH tool and report generation using AMH database.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in Linux OS, scripting, and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

**Domain Knowledge**: Strong understanding and experience with SWIFT, AMH in a banking environment.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,860.67 - $5,000.00 per month
