- Operating Systems: Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows 11 and similar platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as M365 Certifications, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
