**Our Client**:
Our client develops, manufactures, and distributes component and system solutions for hazardous areas. They are actively looking to hire an ESS Project Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Planning, supervising, and directing projects from conception to completion fall within the purview of the Project and Operations Manager (POM)
- Interacts with a range of internal and external, managing project phases simultaneously to meet deadlines and cost
- Project Management
- Arranging timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external.
- Leading project planning, implementation and maintenance meetings to remove obstacles and to increase efficiency
- Documenting meetings and processes to ensure best practice
- Participating and engaging in tender process, i.e. design, submission and review
- Working with Proposal Manager to produce quotations for variation orders
- Coordinate the overall project progress of the production department, procurement department and design department, promote and ensure the smooth implementation of the project
- ESS Strategy and Consulting
- Consult customer regarding explosion proof products
- Guide to complete technical proposals of ESS products
- Responsible to create and maintain SAP and PLM system data of ESS products
- Responsible for technical communication with HQ
- ESS Product Marketing
- Responsible for ESS catalogue review and explanation to Marketing Communication. Prepare exhibition material and samples
- Responsible for calculation and distribution of ESS list price for internal use in the Company
- Bidding Phase
- Coordinate and arrange the technical support work for sales during bidding
- Review of the technical proposals, drawings, bid documents of ESS products
- Directly involve in promotion of ESS key project, prepare technical scheme and technical agreement with customer during bidding
- Bid price calculation for ESS projects
- Review technical part of ESS sales contracts
- Negotiate for technical requirement with suppliers before biding, and support purchasing for price negotiation
- Detail Design
- Technical review of detail design of ESS contracts
- Responsible for content of detailed design drawings, BOM, As-built documents for projects, either created by you or the team
- All other works assigned by management

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in explosion-proof or the related field
- Experienced in team leading, decision making
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Working experience in customize products design
- Good knowledge in SAP or ERP systems
- Good knowledge in quality management system and explosion proof certificate
