Job Description**
ABOUT THE ROLE**

This position serves a crucial role in supporting fieldwork and ensuring that logistic works for Quantitative projects run smoothly and professionally under our fast pace business. He or she is expected to take an active role in planning and manage time to be able to support a number of logistics works from different projects that mostly come at the same time with mínimal mistakes in a timely manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Field Resource & Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for the following:

- Recruit suitable interviewers and contractors to work on assigned projects
- Ensure on-time and high-quality recruitment
- Coordinate interviewers training sessions, conduct induction/project training and manage onboarding paperwork
- Manage administration, contractor payroll and purchasing tasks
- Update system, manage welfare and disciplinary oversight of interviewers
- Visit fieldwork sites (island-wide locations including the air, land and sea checkpoints) to conduct site training or witnessing
- Interviewer Recruitment, Training & Management:- Schedule interviews, briefings, trainings and initiate administrative tasks to onboard and equip contractors to work on projects
- Conduct Induction/project training and ensure all contractors understand the NielsenIQ Code of Conduct and Field Standards and Policies, including confidentiality and security requirements
- Update system for resource allocation at project level, and monitor quality and productivity via feedback from Project team
- Coach, counsel and re-train contractors as necessary; document all performance and disciplinary issues
- Perform Validation Checks on interviewers work and accompany/observe a sample of their interviews
- Provide deserved recognition and ongoing performance feedback to Interviewers to improve their morale and motivation, and encourage continuous improvement
- Administrative tasks:

- Assign and manage field inventory including contracts, IDs, policies, passes, PPE training, ART kits, tablets etc
- Manage and maintain up-to-date and accurate contractor database for contractor evaluation
- Ensure timesheets, claims and expenses are verified, authorised and submitted for processing
- Communicate the following to Recruitment Leader in timely and objective manner:

- Concerns regarding training and/or project requirements
- Validation-related queries/issues of concern
- Work-related incidents, including security incidents

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum diploma qualifications in any discipline
- Understanding of market research preferred but not required
- Strong communication and “people skills”; able to effectively problem solve and diffuse potential conflicts
- Organised with strong time management skills; proactive and able to meet deadlines and follow-up on action items
- Detail-oriented, both in receiving and giving instructions
- Good command of English and local language(s) (verbal and written)
- Interviewer recruitment and sourcing capabilities
- Computer literacy and accurate keyboard skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
