**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing a plan for the repair process, including which panels need to be repaired or replaced, and the sequence of steps required.
- Using specialized tools and techniques to remove dents and straighten bent panels.
- Cutting, joining, and welding replacement sections using welding equipment.
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their repairs and explaining the repair process.
- Assessing and providing cost estimates for repairs.
- Ensuring the work area is safe and tidy.
- Maintaining records of work performed and parts used.
- Other tasks as assigned by your superior and Head of Department.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum GCE O Level.
- Proficiency in automotive body repair techniques, tools, and machinery.
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- The ability to diagnose damage, assess repairs, and devise solutions.
- Clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Ability to explain repairs.
