**Roles and Responsibilities **.
- To assist in the implementation of clinical policies, procedures and practice including utilization of new technologies.
- To assist the specialist doctors with the endoscopic procedures and ensure that appropriate documentation is done.
- To participate in quality improvement initiatives/ projects according to ESS strategic work plan.
- To participate in the implementation of clinical practices including utilisation of new technologies, regular clinical nursing audits to ensure the standards of care is of high quality.
- To participate in the review nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
- To assist Nurse Manager (NM)/Nurse Clinician (NC) on scheduling of staff to ensure the appropriate skill mix and competencies are in adequate proportion to number of cases scheduled on a daily basis.
- To ensure correct billing of consumables used and procedures performed for patients.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in Endoscopy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
