The **Junior HR Executive **is responsible for the execution of the HR operational activities to ensure business needs are met at optimal efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance, accuracy and timely delivery
- Process government-paid leave such as Maternity, Paternity, Childcare Leave and any other statutory claims
- Submit foreign worker levy waiver for workers on home leave
- Track and follow-up on probation confirmation review
- Update staff and worker transfers between sites in HRIS
- Issue letter of employment to workers
- Issue service agreement for freelancers and track expiry of contracts

**Requirements**:

- Education: Recognised diploma or degree. Professional HR certifications would be an added advantage.
- Experience: Min 1 year of HR experience. Prior experience in MNCs would be an added advantage.
- Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement.
