**Responsibilities**:
**The Project Manager reporting to the Managing Director, oversees project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget, negotiate with clients, interact with internal teams, contractors and vendors. Accord the highest priority to HSE and Quality aspects of the project**

**Project Management**:

- Efficient coordination ensures project success and minimizes risks.
- Ensures project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Prepares for Peer reviews, HAZID’s, and Operational Readiness reviews
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring project success, maintaining client relationships, and upholding safety standards, contributing significantly to the company's growth and reputation.

**Project Controls**:

- Tracks and reports costs and expenses on a monthly basis.
- Budget management and revenue forecasting ensure financial stability.

**Client Relationship**:

- Client satisfaction and retention are crucial for business growth.
- Manages day-to-day client interaction.

**QHSE**:

- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering a safety-first culture are paramount.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering mechanical/ civil or equivalent.
- PMP or Professional Engineer certification preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in offshore subsea construction/ Underwater contracting/ offshore installation of pipelines and structures and subsea/SURF operations preferred.
