**Responsibilities**:

- **
Modify and optimize equipment and/or processes that are already in place**
- Monitor of equipment - to plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities
- **
Evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure efficiency and quality**
- Completion of documentation to show and ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations and protocols
- **
Oversee processes and working to maintain optimization of the continuous manufacturing process**
- Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm
- **
Initiate and recommend improvement to plant processes**
- Assist plant manager to re-verify the integrity after maintenance of equipment
- **
Perform regular plant safety inspection**
- Execute deputy factory manager instruction in the implementation of project
- Conduct training to operational staff in the workplace according to WSH (Risk Management)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Process or equivalent
- **
1 to 2 years of experience in Process Manufacturing Industry**
