**Accountabilities**
- Ensuring all top day trades are allocated, cleared & accepted in a timely & efficient manner
- Working closely with front office brokers, assisting with all queries & requirements
- Deal Entry into in-house systems
- Deal Entry into external exchange systems
- Configuration & monitoring of counterparty commission rates
- Daily monitoring & problem resolution of downstream internal system feeds & processes
- Report and escalate issues to the OTC Supervisor & Clearing manager
- Provide back-office administration support as required
- Assisting the Brokerage Department with queries
- General Customer Support
