The Business Development Associate role is a great entry level role into the wedding industry where you will be talking to clients planning for their significant milestones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for achieving sales and business targets, for both team and individually
- Maximise sales opportunities through fostering of consultative relationships by understanding the needs of the clients and matching it to our services provided
- Maintain high level of industry knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with couples
- Prepare proposals, presentations and other materials conveying the services and strength of the Company and presenting to clients
- Prepare invoices for confirmed clients
- Represent the company in Hotel site visits, Bridal fairs and Events when required
- Establish strong working relationship with existing accounts, wedding couples and maintain accurate and updated information about their needs for their event

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Business/Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years sales experience required, preferably in banking/retail industry
- Passion for creative work and event industry
- Excellent negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong and proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated, driven and focused on quality and profitability businesses
- Strong organizational skills with methodical approach to administration and CRM system

This is a full-time position.

Salary Range: Basic $2,400-$3,500 with CommsTags
