- To support the Continuous Improvement team in identifying, analyzing, and driving process improvements across departments.
1.Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines of projects.
2. Data Collection and Analysis: Break down complex problems, identify root causes, collect and interpret data to support improvement initiatives.
3. Process Mapping: Work cross functionally and communicate clearly with various stakeholders to gather insights. Understand and visually document workflows.
4. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and managing correspondence, preparation of presentation decks and reports.

**Key Requirements**:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6.Lean, Six-Sigma or quality systems certified (not mandatory)
