**Key Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Working directly with our Head of Private Assets.
- Performing financial analysis including financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis to support M&A transactions, capital raising, and other strategic advisory assignments.
- Conducting industry and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to client engagements.
- Assisting in the execution of transactions including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
- Providing analytical support and insights to senior management and clients on strategic initiatives, market developments, and investment opportunities.
- Preparing pitch books, offering memoranda, and other presentation materials for client meetings, investor presentations, and internal discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; CFA or CAIA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Deal experience in Vietnam and/or fluency in Vietnamese is preferred; not required.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Employment pass (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
