Branding, Design and Production_

As a Digital Content Creator, you are responsible for using your skills and expertise to visually convey branding and marketing messages, ideas, and content. You will work closely with Project Managers to conceptualize, plan, and execute effective campaigns that reach out to intended target audiences that eventually translate to sales and brand loyalty.
- Work closely with Project Managers from start to end to brainstorm, ideate and create a brand strategy for marketing campaigns
- Conceptualise, design, and produce creative and engaging digital collaterals including but not limited to graphics, animation and videos for social media and digital campaigns that resonates with followers and customers
- Write, review, and edit content for websites, social media pages, ads, and public communications
- Direct and assist with photo and video shoots
- Design, edit and produce print materials including but not limited to brochures, catalogues, flyers and POSM dress-ups
- Review campaign reports with project team to identify room for improvement
- Perform media edits based on clients’ feedback
- Continuously conduct research on trending media techniques and design ideas
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with branding guidelines
- Ensure that all designs are consistent and are aligned with brand image
- Any other project as may be assigned to you from time to time

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- At least a Diploma in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field
- A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, and video-editing
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok platforms is a must
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation
- Basic knowledge in shooting (stills and videos), web layouts/development and UI/UX design
- Experience with digital marketing, content development and copywriting will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent but a good team player
- Highly adaptable and can work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
- Detail-orientated, well-organized, and excellent time management
