Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and driven intern to join our Regional Corporate Affairs (CA) team as a Communications (Content) Intern. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and refine your storytelling skills across various platforms, supporting impactful content initiatives across 24 Asia-Pacific markets. You’ll gain hands-on experience in strategic content creation, brand and corporate communications, and digital media, all within a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Ideation and Development
- Brainstorm, create and refine engaging content for internal and external audiences, including social media posts and visual assets that reflect our brand voice and values.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to uncover and share impactful stories on our regional platforms.

Social Media Management
- Oversee and grow our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Workplace (internal), ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with regional and global communication goals.
- Develop and implement a content calendar using a mix of multimedia formats to keep our audience engaged and informed.
- Draft clear, concise, and compelling copy for various digital platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Internal Engagement and Coordination
- Coordinate and execute communication campaigns and activities to foster engagement within the regional office, including awareness initiatives that support a connected and informed workplace culture.
- A creative storyteller with a flair for crafting engaging content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messages effectively.
- An eye for detail and a passion for visuals, with basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Analytical and curious, with an interest in data-driven content strategies.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in communications, media studies, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship.
