Data Entry Admin Assistant

Singapore SRI PTE. LTD. Full time

1) Basic knowledge of double entry

2) Knowledge of xero is a plus point

3) Training provided

4) Entering customer and account data from source documents

5) Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry

6) Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output

7) Organize and maintain good filing system of accounting records and supporting.

8) Assist in administrative work where required, such as sourcing of vendors, liaising and placing orders with vendors etc.

9) Manage Corporate administrative work

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience in XERO/Quickbooks will be a plus point.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Responsible, independent and reliable.
