As a Product Implementation and Support Specialist / Senior Product Implementation and Support Specialist, you will have the responsibility to lead and manage GDS and agent facing product tasks associated with new and existing business implementation.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for GDS and agent facing products setup of new business implementations, including coordinating product installations with internal groups and vendors, and conducting user testing
- Provide status reports as directed on progress and accomplishments to management for projects/products
- Responsible for on-going technical product support and maintenance post implementation, including troubleshooting issues and providing 2nd and 3rd level support
- Maintain implementation plans, support and product documentation
- Coordinate with Product Delivery Managers, operational and account teams to define requirements, document accordingly and resolve or escalate challenges
- Ensure SLA are adhered to system availability and problem resolution
- Maintain consistent and complete project communications using a communication plan

**We're looking for you if your profile matches the following**:

- Degree holder in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry with extensive experience of business travel operational reservation workflow procedures
- Minimum 3 years of GDS system knowledge (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus, Worldspan)
- Working knowledge of agent-facing travel technology tools
- A proven background in product configuration, requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Strong decision-making capability
