IT Specialist

We are seeking for a skilled IT Specialist with a well-rounded set of technical skills to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate network knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
- Have basic knowledge for managing and administrating M365 environments.
- Have hardware troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Utilize ticketing systems, such as Jira, to track and resolve IT issues.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Certification in CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MS-900 would be highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in IT support or related roles.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an IT Support role

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
