**What the role is**
- As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Contract Administration System in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team to develop, implement and maintain a centralised IT system to manage facilities management (FM) and development contracts.

**What you will be working on**
- Drive the project development of the IT system for the management of FM and development contracts for MOE HQ and schools
- Formulate and review system requirements to support the policies, structure and processes to enable contracts to be administered efficiently and effectively, and to support data analyses
- Work with relevant Ministries, MOE HQ Divisions and other stakeholders to ensure the system is integrated with existing Whole-of-Government and MOE finance and procurement systems
- Administer the system and manage the IT vendor in the delivery of services
- Oversee data migration, as well as map and implement change management process within the Department and for users
- Roll out future enhancements to the system

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant training and background in the areas of computer science, with preferably at least 5 years of relevant working experience in developing and implementing IT systems
- Good knowledge of the management of building industry and/or FM contracts
- Strong project management, analytical, collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills
