Singapore VOLEX ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Familiar with engineering design for ACMV, HVAC & Control System
- Project coordination and supervision of site M&E service include installation, testing & commissioning
- Design development and calculation for ACMV
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, and preparing cost estimates
- Liaise & work closely with clients, main contractors on the progress of works
- Preparation of construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements & local codes and regulations
- Schedule & monitor work program and activities to ensure target completion dates of works are met
- Liaise with supplier/ vendors/ sub-contractors to ensure on-time delivery of materials
- Ensure a safe environment on-site or maintain all quality and safety records
- Assist Project Manager to check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors on the work done in terms of quantities and quality
- Supervise all works performed by sub-contractors at the site to ensure that quality works are produced and meet client's requirement
- Other duties as assigned

**Job requirements & skills**
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Lots of initiative, Great organizational skills, Confident decision-making ability, Excellent communications skills, The ability to work within budgets and to deadlines, Good team-leading skills, Able to work under pressure, Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem-solving
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering (ACMV) or equivalent.
- 5.5 days work week
