To assist Accountant in the day-to-day aspect of Finance work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare vendor, inter-company invoices and payments and refunds on a timely basis
- Review sales and receipts from operations
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and related GL entries for monthly closing
- Handle issuance of AR invoices as necessary
- Liaise with external auditor and tax agents to provide necessary documentation
- Perform annual stock and asset count
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting field
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Possess a good working attitude and able to be independent as well as function as a team player
- Able to meet tight schedules, deadlines and work under pressure
- Able to handle high volume of transactions, detailed and manual data entry work
- Proficient in MS office especially in MS Excel
