You will need to stay relevant to your coaching capabilities by taking on classes and driving different programs. Training for the inhouse programs by existing head coach for the respective programs will be provided. Ensuring turnout and quality of the level of group class in CHIMPCHAMP. 60% of our programs are anchored in Les Mills programming, so being passionate about Les Mills and possessing the unwavering commitment to the vision of a fitter planet together with CHIMPCHAMP is critical.

You will also need to have a strong WHY within you, a powerful and convicted person with the drive and passion to make a change for people around you through fitness, a go getter and ready to create a brand together

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Coach who will be grommed for eventual succession to the management of the store. This individual will not only lead a variety of fitness classes but will also be responsible for the growth and development of our programs and team.
