**Murex Functional Engineer (Front Office)**

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

The Murex Team in ING BANK N.V. Singapore is looking for a Murex Functional Engineer who would be responsible for providing:

- Murex support for Front Office Trading Desks and resolving Murex user queries on different Financial Markets products
- Develop Murex Change Requests / Stories for Bank’s Financial Markets & Bank Treasury Projects.

**Required Murex Functional Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Murex FO configuration - instruments, generators, curves, market data, market conventions
- Knowledge of Murex FO modules - Simulation Viewer, Market Operations, P&L analysis, Sensitivity (Greeks)
- Knowledge of eTradepad, Pre-Trade Rule (MSL) and Pricing Template setup
- Knowledge of Market Data modules - Knowledge of RTBS, MDCS, MDRS is a plus
- Knowledge of Global Operating Model, User Groups / Access Rights
- Knowledge of Murex Datamart

**Financial Markets Domain knowledge**
- Understanding of FM including NDF & FX Options, Interest Rate Derivatives, Money Market
- Understanding of Trade Life Cycle for different FM products, e.g. fixing, exercise, expiry
- Understanding of pricing and evaluation of different products is a plus
- Any FM certifications is a plus

**Experience / Competences**
- Experience of Supporting Trading Desks and Trade Booking on Murex Application
- Experience of troubleshooting Market Data and Static Data issues in Murex
- Experience of development of Murex Stories / Change Requests for Front office projects
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with the (agile) scrum development methodology

- Ability to challenge business requirements and give professional feedback
- Ability to identify smart and quick solutions and deliver on commitment
