As a member of the Global Transfer Pricing Advisory Team, the Transfer Pricing Advisory role for APAC, based within Group Tax, is to be the point contact on all aspects of transfer pricing, including documentation and reporting across the APAC region.

The role involves close liaison with the major businesses within the APAC region as well as Tax, Regional and Business Finance colleagues to ensure that a stable and efficient transfer pricing process is in place.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Key contact point for the APAC region, acting as central co-ordinator for Group Tax APAC, for all transfer pricing matters impacting the region;
- Providing advice to stakeholders in APAC (including Group Tax, Finance, Business) on transfer pricing implications of new initiatives and transactions in APAC and coordinating feed back into global teams;
- Review existing TP arrangements impacting the APAC region to ensure ongoing compliance with transfer pricing requirements, coordinating with global TP team to remediate any TP gaps identified;
- Support transfer pricing audits and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) in APAC, including assisting Group Tax APAC team in obtaining transfer pricing related information requested by local tax authorities from within the bank and responding to tax authorities on queries relating to transfer pricing;
- In partnership with Group Tax Country Leads, assist in preparing country transfer pricing documentation to meet documentation requirements of local transfer pricing regulations and tax authorities in APAC;
- In partnership with Group Tax Country Leads, monitor and implement new transfer pricing legislation in APAC.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing within a financial institute, investment bank or professional services
- Solid understanding of Transfer Pricing regulations in APAC
- Solid and broad understanding of financial services sector and products including the determination and implementation of Transfer Pricing methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence across a wide range of stakeholders

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies
