
Part-time Accountant/ Accounts Assistant

**Job Description**:
Bookkeeping duties for client’s accounts, including data entry of transactions and preparing schedules and performing reconciliations.
Assist with quarterly GST reconciliation and prepare GST return
Perform corporate tax computation
Drafting of financial statements
Perform outsource audit or certification services
Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties when assigned
**Requirements**:
Able to handle full set of accounts
Meticulous and independent
Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks, Netsuite or SAP accounting software is an added advantage
Prior audit experience will be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Working Hours: Flexible part-time 12 to 24 hours a week; Can work from home with occassional physical interactions
