**Job Summary**
- We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Digital and IT Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6 to 12 months journey. This internship supports the IT Business Partners and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital and IT domains, working on projects that drive our business forward. It also aims to provide an opportunity for growth and learning while working with highly experienced business leaders and teams in a very dynamic and global organization.

**General Responsibilities**
- Participate in the development and implementation of digital transformation projects across all business units and functions
- Contribute to the management and optimization of digital platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements through data analysis and recommendations
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to provide insights for decision-making.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies and industry trends (e.g. Artificial Intelligence) to inform business strategies
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good academic results and most importantly eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with collaborative attitude to work across diverse teams

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Business or a related field
- University Undergraduates
