**Qualification**
- BE/B.Sc. or ME/M.Sc. or similar academic degree

**Technical Skills**
- Tibco - EBX
- Java / J2EE, AJAX, Webservices
- Front end technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS, XML
- Application/Web servers like Weblogic, WebSphere, Tomcat
- Databases like Oracle and SQL
- Shell Scripting

**Key Competencies**:

- Should have minimum 2-3 years of working hands-on experience on EBX5 or EBX6
- Should have seen end to end execution of at least 2-3 projects
- Should have understanding of SDLC cycle and project delivery paradigms
- Perform data discovery and evaluation activities
- Analyze gaps in the existing MDM environment/systems
- Conduct meetings/ workshops with SMEs to understand the data and the domain
- Provide technical feasibility related inputs to the team
- Analyze Data Quality and Data Cleansing approaches

**Participate in the following**:
1. Requirement gathering

2. Analysis

3. Design and development

4. Testing

5. SIT and UAT

6. Production Deployment

**Knowledge**:

- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language
- Being able to work in teams towards a shared goal;
- Ability to change direction quickly based on data analysis
- Enjoying discovering and solving problems
- Proactively seeking clarification of requirements and direction; take responsibility when needed.
- Discuss the migration touchpoints

**Experience**:

- Java development experience
- Basic MDM Concept
- Implementation experience on EBX MDM platform
- Experience on Data Model, Workflows, User Role Definition, Match-Merge, Reference Data on EBX MDM platform
- EBX setup/ development experience
- Creating and maintaining data models
- Designing custom UI
- Implementing Custom business rules
- Data integration with third party systems.
- Web Service (Rest/SOAP).
- Perspectives and views

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
