Singapore BEIJING URBAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO., LTD. (Singapore Branch) Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
- Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
- Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
- Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors
- Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s work at site.
- Oversee M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
- Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
- Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).
- Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
- Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the installation and commissioning process.
- Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.

**Job Competency (Qualification, experience and knowledge)**
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognized by **PE Board Singapore.**:

- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is and added advantage.
- Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.
- Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
- Must have successfully started CAG, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Recreational projects
