Gallery Operation Executive

Management of artwork moving in and out from warehouse, condition checking, and creating condition reports
- Database management of artworks, tools, materials and inventory
- Art Exhibition set up (including dwelling, painting of the wall)
- Arranging shipping (domestic, import/export) and coordinating with logistics companies
- Management of customs documents, insurance documents, etc.
- Liaison with Whitestone staff in other countries
- Other admin and ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
- OJT will be provided
- Working hours: 10:00AM - 7:00PM

5 days work shift per week, Tue - Sun (Gallery closed on Monday and PH)

Expected Start Date: ASAP

[Requirements]
- Responsible, meticulous in keeping things organized
- Team oriented person who is good at fostering smooth communication among staffs and departments
- Able to act flexibly according to various projects and situations
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in Art handling is a plus

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Shift system
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)
