[What you will be working on]

We seek an individual with interest for public transport ticketing and would thrive in a dynamic environment. You will participate in shaping the ticketing services roadmap, long-term ticketing policy and strategy through engagement with internal and external stakeholders. As part of our team, you will review and develop transit framework with a focus on customer-centricity, financial sustainability and cost effectiveness of public transport ticketing.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in project management/policy
- Meticulous with an eye for details with good analytical and interpersonal

skills
- Able to conceptualise, articulate and operationalise policies and initiatives
- Highly adaptable, independent, positive team player and able to multi-task

in a fast-paced environment
