- As a manager of the team, the Head of Wellness provides overall direction to the team, provide training and guidance to the staff.
- Handle all back-end administrative process, plan and prepare for onsite events.
- Prepare EDM for client based on their requirements.
- Manage and extract information for daily settlement (using MyJourney program).
- Ensure all logistic items for health screening are sufficient and functioning well.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of onsite event (including set up health screening onsite at client’s premise).
- Handle registration, manage the overall event as well as upselling of health screening packages.
- Liaise with Innoquest on lab results/specimen collection.
- Check reports, get directions on follow up actions from doctors, publish all health screening test results once ready, communicate and inform patients follow up as per doctors’ instructions.
- Prepare corporate statistics report.
- Manage home health screening and PCR. Arrange swabbers/ phlebotomist as required.
- Manage and follow up on shopify for sales of home screening and PCR. Manage and respond to WhatsApp enquiries with your team.
- Work closely with Clinical Director to implement projects.
- Manpower and cost management.

Job Requirement:

- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
- Clinical experience is mandatory with at least 1 year relevant experience
- Background in nursing is desirable
- Phlebotomy certification required
- BCLS and AED certified
- Experience doing Sales is required
- Swabbing certificate is added advantage
- Working in health screening centre/ onsite added advantage
