Job Description
- Permanent position, Salary up to $9,000 with AWS + 3 months Variable Bonus
- Audit experience is a MUST
- “Group” level/cluster i.e HQ level experience in terms of managing for a big company and institutions is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be part of the larger group to review and use financing as an enabler for care transformation and collaborate with teams to incorporate the necessary changes in financial making decisions.
- Oversee the annual external audit cycle and submission of audited accounts for Board’s approval.
- Oversee quarterly reporting to Ministry.
- Oversee Group Finance policies, governance and compliance matters
- Oversee and review the financial performance of the Group and Institutions and Business Units during the budgeting, projections, forecast, management reporting cycles
- Analysis and reporting of financial performance of strategic priorities such as population health, research and innovation and education.
- Analysis and reporting of Group and institutions cost management efforts.
- Support submissions to Board and Finance Board Committee on the Group’s financial performance and finance related matters.
- Oversee the annual external audit cycle
- Collaborate with teams to incorporate the necessary changes in the budgeting, management reporting and financial analysis
- Anchor preparation of Group’s yearly Budgeting, projection and forecasting cycles
- Oversee the timely submission of quarterly reports and annual projections submission to MOH

**Requirements**:

- A good, recognized degree in accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
- Fluent in writing and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Audit experience is a MUST
