We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Product Manager.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Regional product ownership. Be responsible for the commercial & treasury payment, & FI clearing product portfolio
- Value proposition development. Identify and evaluate market trends and develop a strategy to realize such opportunities
- New product development and roll out. Develop and commercialize payments propositions with emerging technologies
- Customer and deal solutioning. Lead product solutioning for specific Request for Proposals and bespoke client requirements
- Identification and closing of product gaps. Identify and remediate existing product gaps with various risks stewards, regional or country Operations, Technology and global product teams
- Profit and Loss management. Track product performance by country, business lines and client, to ensure volumes and revenues are on track for delivery as per plan
- Risk Management and product reviews. Maintain documentation of new products or changes made to Correspondent Banking and Payment Settlement Service products and work with risk stewards to review product documentation as needed
Requirements
- Client understanding. Robust understanding of the wholesale payment client base, especially with regards to FI business. Industry knowledge will be a plus
- Ability to effectively work in a diverse and multicultural team. Effective communicator across all levels, functional groups and geographies
- Relevant experiences. Minimum 10 years of experience in Cash Management, or Transaction Banking required
- Language proficiencies. Fluency in English
