**Your Role in the Team**

As a Video Producer and Editor, you will report to the Creative Lead and work closely with the Singapore marketing team to create engaging video content for IG One’s marketing campaigns, focusing on social media reels and YouTube/Instagram podcasts.

This 6-month contract role (part-time, 3 or 4 days a week) involves producing, filming, and editing visually compelling videos that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver polished, platform-optimized content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Content Creation**: Produce and edit high-quality video content, including social media reels, YouTube/Instagram podcasts, promotional videos, and campaign assets for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all video content adheres to IG One’s brand identity, including logo, color palette, typography, and tone.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video assets for the app’s launch campaign, ensuring timely delivery of engaging and impactful content.
- **Iterative Production**: Incorporate feedback from the Creative Lead and stakeholders to refine video content, optimizing for audience engagement and platform-specific requirements.
- **Equipment and Tools**: Manage video production equipment and software, ensuring high-quality output for both filming and editing.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in video production and editing, with a strong focus on social media reels and YouTube/Instagram podcasts.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
Familiarity with filming equipment, lighting, and sound recording for professional-quality video production.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video content, including social media reels, podcasts, and promotional videos.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Platform Knowledge**: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and their video content requirements, including best practices for engagement and optimization.
- **Collaboration**: Experience working with internal marketing teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive video campaigns.
