Singapore SSH Communications Security Full time

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team in Singapore as a **Solutions Architect**.

As a **Solutions Architect**, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, as well as design and implement solutions that address their specific pain points. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the technical solutions provided by SSH align with the business needs and goals of our clients. The employment terms and conditions, including but not limited to salary, benefits, and leave entitlement, will be in accordance with the provisions of the Singapore Employment Act. The starting salary range for this role is SGD 6,000 to 10,000 monthly, depending on relevant experience.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Customer and Partner Product Training.
- Technical account management.
- Product installation and configuration.
- Integration scripts working with SSH product Rest APIs.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in a Linux system administration or engineering role in an enterprise environment.
- Considerable expertise in Unix shell scripting and with other programming languages such as Python or Perl.
- Good knowledge of enterprise systems management tools (e.g. Jump-hosts, CMDB, SIEM, Load Balancers, configuration management)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- IT Security & Project Management related professional qualification(s).
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or Physical science.
