**Job Title: Hardware Engineer**

**Job Scope**:

- Install and configure CCTV systems, ensuring optimal placement and functionality.
- Set up large LED panel screens for display purposes, including mounting and integration with control systems.
- Perform network cabling installations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and protocols.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate hardware solutions into larger systems.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine hardware requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on installed hardware systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during installations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and planning hardware installation projects based on client requirements.
- Procuring necessary equipment and materials for installations.
- Testing and commissioning hardware systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Documenting installation procedures, configurations, and maintenance records.
- Keeping abreast of technological advancements in hardware systems relevant to job functions.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to achieve project objectives.
- Adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in installing and configuring CCTV, LED panel screens, Sensormatic panels and alarm system and network cabling.
- Familiarity with hardware components and their integration into larger systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose hardware issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
