**Responsibilities**
- Adherence to company service manual to ensure highest quality of customer service and barbering standards for both haircuts, beard trims and shaves
- Determine customers’ needs, provides information and recommend suitable service/product/package based on customers’ requirement & preference
- Upkeep salon/workstation’s cleanliness and tidiness. Assist in replenishing of stock
- Report to the Outlet IC and perform all tasks assigned by them
