Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced **Site Supervisor, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) **to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall project delivery, including the design development process, consultant appointments, authority approvals, procurement, contract administration and project reporting.
- Determine project management, technical services and site management
- Manage sub-con, consultant team and project stakeholders to ensure effective completion of responsibilities including project brief/scope, fees, processing claims, deliverable and / or project variations etc.
- Display strong communication and negotiation skills to support the client/customer focus.
- Ensure the site safety is delivered.
- Assist with the timely sequencing / methodology and production of stating plans.

**Requirements**:

- Main Contractor experienced in a supervisory role with relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in working on construction projects related to Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I).
- Experience in working on construction projects in the area of planning and conceptual building design with strong understanding of modern building materials, building services systems and construction principles.
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with people across all levels.
- Knowledge of Construction and Property industries and an understanding of estimating, scheduling, field supervision, contracts administration, procurement and reporting.
