**Job Descriptions**:

- 1. Part of the team to handle IT solutions related to Global key account management and regional key account management customers. Provide relevant IT Solution Material to support in explanation to
- 2. Lead on Setup and implement relevant tools required for EDI/API connectivity with Customers
- Lead the Regional Digital transformation (DX) to assist in Automation of IT Solutions needed for Operations.
- 3. Work closely with teams to manage all IT solutions hosted Regionally related to CLT BU (WMS, TMS, EDI etc.)
- 4. Work closely with Infra teams to ensure adequate Infrastructure and capacity always for solutions which are hosted in the region.
- 5. Work closely with Operations and Customers to help define standard Process for Contract Logistics Operations.
- 6. Discuss solution needs closely with Customers and Operations.
- Along with the team, assist Operation Companies for Project Manage & Implement the IT Solutions (WMS, TMS, SCS Solutions) needed.
- 7. Assist in Regular Analysis of Costs versus Recovery and Rate Card Calculations
- 8. Regular Monitoring of Financials for CLT IT Solutions, Costs v/s Recovery.
- 9. Ensure Financial spent on CLT Solutions, is well within IT Budget.
- 10. Other IT Solutions tasks as required to support the business.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Relevant Certification in IT Products or IT Solutions (Microsoft Tools, Databases (Oracle, SQL), Integration Tools etc. will be an added Advantage.
- At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in IT, with knowledge of IT Solutions, Automation tools, IT Infra and IT Security.
- At least 5 years Regional Experience in Product Management, Program/Project Management, Team Management, and IT Solutions Implementations across various countries.
- In-Depth Knowledge of Key Solutions required for WMS, TMS, EDI with Hands on Implementation Skills.
- **Manhattan SCALE WMS knowledge** preferred
- Excellent in written and verbal command of the English language. Ability to communicate in other language will be plus.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, interact, and work closely with internal and external business partner in all levels, with excellent interpersonal, persuading, influencing, negotiating skills.
- Demonstrate skill on formal presentations and ability to conduct training session.
- Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Able to work under pressure, good in adaptation and quick response with limitation of time
- High responsible and strong team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with advance proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power point and Excel)
- Able to travel overseas from time to time, and work in multi-cultural business environment
