**Department**: Field Service

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of testing equipment at customer's sites.
- Support troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration tasks on testing equipment.
- Contribute to continuous enhancement programs on machines to achieve optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with production and testing teams to ensure system compliance with customer requirements.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for system maintenance records.
- Contribute to the preparation of detailed field service reports.

**Qualifications**
- Min. NITEC/ Higher NITEC /Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
- On-the-Job Training will be provided to job incumbents and those with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience in the material testing industry (mechanical & electrical troubleshooting) will be advantageous. New graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Electrical/Electronic systems servicing skills & able to learn things fast.
- Valid Class 3 driving license
- Overseas Work Travelling Required
- Overtime Work as necessary to complete the project

- Troubleshooting; Electrical and Mechanical Servicing Skills_

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
