Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, Drive and coach the Program team members in meeting project objectives.
- Monitor and review the business in meeting the financial and operational objectives.
- Key liaison personnel and manage relationships between customers and internal groups.
- Interact with customers on business outlook, quality, delivery, product costing, engineering changes and explore new business opportunities.
- Oversee timely completion of production schedules and new project start-up through efficient coordination of all levels of CFT team.
- Prepare business forecast, revenue projection and customers quotations.
- Driver for problem solving to internal and meeting customers’ requirements/expectations.
- Resolve issues which has financial impact with customers inventory, claims, pricing, AR
- Manage, review customer PO, S/O, changes updates and closure.
- Review MRB/ECN/DN and provide disposition.
- Supervise a team of planners.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in Program.
- Experience in EMS industry.
- Knowledge in PCBA and Electronics Parts.
- Efficiency in ERP systems.
- Demonstrated success in developing and fostering relationships with customers meeting the objectives with continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and/or other Asian language would be preferred
- Excellent people skills, project management skills, good business acumen and a team player.
- High Integrity, Responsible, Proactive and result oriented.
- Able to multi-task and work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Computer literate, Competent in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to travel domestically from time to time.
- Must be able to complete job responsibilities while working in a global time zone. Attendance of late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs will be required.
