We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, CAO to join our Treasury Services team. This role is in Singapore, Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

- Support the Treasury Services (TS) APAC CAO to drive various business management initiatives to enable the business to achieve its growth agenda.
- Provide support on major programs and projects, facilitating risk mitigation, process optimization and managing the resolution of more complex issues.
- Helps business develop and implement effective and efficient procedures to manage business risk and to meet complex compliance requirements and validate controls or project plans to ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations and manage risk.
- Supports the TS APAC CAO with engaging with internal business and APAC Leadership Team to stay abreast of organization and function operations and has a full understanding of company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, e.g. OKRs KPI's KRI's etc.
- Develops and communicates both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations in alignment with the global business e.g. strategic growth initiatives. Provide support in regional committees, forums and internal and external reviews, including but not limited to compliance, risk and audit reviews.
- Work with the TS APAC CAO team in ensuring proper governance, reporting and communication channels are in place across the APAC branches to embed cohesion across the region and in alignment with the broader global business unit.
- Assist the TS APAC CAO with partnering with global, regional and country teams across all business functions to ensure effective identification and execution of risks, controls and governance is achieved by TS APAC providing a strong foundation for the business' growth agenda; ensure regional/country staff are aware of and are in compliance with laws, regulations and policies required of them.
- Identify, document and resolve issues and control gaps within the business. You will work with the TS APAC CAO to instill a strong risk culture within the TS APAC team and provide support to the business in relation to managing continuous improvement endeavors including, but not limited to, optimizing and streamlining procedures in areas such as KYC, Sanctions Screening, Client Onboarding to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- In conjunction with global business resiliency lead, assist the TS APAC CAO team with managing local/regional business incidents or crisis management work streams till completion of remediation, ensuring control are in place to meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Execute regional business continuity plans.
- Lead periodical reviews of record management, including annual Self-Assessment and ensure inclusion of remediation plans.
- Supports the TS APAC team to communicate and instill BNY's Global Belonging and Inclusion culture in the region driving increased engagement across APAC offices.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

- Data analysis and management skills, business management and project/product management experience, are additional preferred skills.
