At ESET, our Marketing Specialist plays an essential role in ensuring the effective operation of the ESET APAC Marketing Team by performing various administrative tasks, coordinating the marketing development fund (MDF) and marketing related business investment fund (BI), tracking budget, processing invoices, developing marketing collateral, sourcing marketing materials, preparing reports
Job description
- The key go-to person in the team for **administrative support**, including processing invoices, creating purchase orders, uploading marketing content and maintaining marketing team resources.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams (ESET and Partners’) to coordinate and track **MDF activities and marketing related business investments** across the APAC region, as well to process such claims according to internal procedures.
- Proactive tracking of **marketing operating expenses and budget**.
- Assist in the **development of various marketing collateral**, printed and digital, such as brochures, posters, calendars, roll-up banners, etc.
- Responsible for **sourcing marketing materials**, such as branded inventory, corporate gifts etc.
- Prepare regular, monthly **marketing reports**.
- Serve as one of the brand custodians in the team to ensure all marketing assets in the region comply with ESET’s **brand guidelines**.
- Proactively support the marketing team for **special projects and ad-hoc tasks** that are related to branding and marketing.
- Responsible for planning and executing **events** organised by the marketing team, such as conferences and corporate events.
